RESILIENT:
The Strongest Little Sap

Inspired by a true story of one of our Little Saps that stood tall through Hurricane Helene.

Written and illustrated by Anna Welsh, this beautifully told children’s story celebrates courage, growth, and hope in the face of life’s storms. We’re proud to offer it in two special gift sets, each pairing the book with a Little Sap to create a meaningful gift for kids and families.

A woman smiling in a greenhouse with potted plants in the background, accompanied by a quote about the spiritual and emotional significance of trees from Carrie McClain, owner of Little Saps.
Cover of a children's book titled 'Carrie, the Tree Farmer' with a photo of a woman smiling in a greenhouse on the left, and a cartoon illustration of a girl with long blonde hair among small pine trees on the right.
A family of four with two children around a small Christmas tree with googly eyes outdoors. The scene is inside a festive, cartoon-style gift box with a yellow ribbon, with a colorful background and a text box describing how North Carolina teachers lost greatly during Hurricane Helene but their small sap survived.
